Every registered WKF president get on request the Hotel offers with reasonable prices. The promoter present a list of good Hotels with fair rates and Hotels in Chisinau must be booked solely through the promoter
If your team want transfer from Airport to Hotel, they must report on time: Airline, flight number, arriving time, how many people arrive and in which Hotel your team stay!
For airport transfer or daily ground transportation for minimum 8 people Hotel to venue round-trip, ask for rates and contact the promoter Mr. Rustam ALIMOV
Last day of booking and money transfer JUNE 13th, 2025. When the payment has arrived on the promoters Bank account, your reservation will be confirmed.

Minimum running time for Visa procedure and to open Visa are 8 weeks,
after the deadline May 1st
its to late, sorry. Send for entry Visa full list of your team, date of birth and expiry date of your passport to the promoter. In the best way a scan of all pass ports.
