Dear friends in sport,

respected WKF presidents,

 

it’s a pleasure and honor for me to to welcome all of our members, fighters, officials, country presidents and supporters to our next European Championships in Baia Mare, Romania.

It is interesting to see how the World is getting ever more closer. Our last amazing World Championships 2018 in  wonderful and charming Buenos Aires in Argentina is the prove.

WKF ROMANIA president Mr. Florin MINA and his team invite the best fighter in Europe for the next WKF EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019, October 21st – 26th.

WKF EUROPE is just one of 6 continental federations in WKF World Federation, but by far the strongest. Fighter, officials and of course TOP promoters with most events in WKF are the result of real hard work.

Today WKF EUROPE has many long time members, country presidents and friends for Years. But also strong and new country presidents are in our successfully team. Time passes and over time, presidents also change!
 
Fighters, Coach and officials respect the seriousness of the WKF, where every fighter is treated fairly. Referees can not be used by us without a license, and without WKF license there is no fight. Our WKF rules and regulations are online in 4 languages, easy to read for everyone. Also for download as PDF document.
 
Our WKF online registration program is helpfully and will make registration easy to use and very functional. On request, only our president will get access with password, only you can register, change or just read.
 
This is possible until the deadline, after that there are no late entries possible !
 
WKF head office expect many countries from all over Europe. Many competitors in all WKF disciplines, Forms – and Semi contact , Light contact and kick-light on Tatami, ring sport in 4 disciplines, MMA and Chinese boxing Sanda.
 
Just the weekend before is the upcoming  annual WKF World referee seminar
 
best chance to get or extend international Referee license as well.   Invitation for the World referee seminar is here !
 
 
 
As the Nations of the World gather together with their national teams in this arena, to challenge their peers under the banner of sport to become the best of the best, we can only reflect on how far the WKF has progressed in the World. This is due to the tireless work and effort that has been put in by it’s members on a day to day basis.
 
 
 
The end result being this, that see you all there in BAIA MARE, OCTOBER 21ST – 26TH, 2019.
 
 
 

Sport has no racial, social or political barriers, which means that it is the perfect way for all men and women, boys and girls to achieve amazing results, regardless of race, creed or colour.

The opportunity to represent one’s country in the name of sport at an international level is probably one of  the greatest achievements an individual can make.

The pressure that the competitors have at this level is enormous, and goes far beyond normal physical endurance.

To win, especially at such a high level, competitors will have to tap into inner resources that their years of training will have prepared them for.

 

I hope that the our WKF can continue to stride forwards with determination and a positive attitude in order to keep ourselves at the center of the stage for martial arts. We can only stay on top with the help of our representatives and members such as yourselves, for which I thank you.
